Social activities
Surgery reaches the patient, or it does not exist
A standing programme of free camps, follow-up care and training, run with volunteer anaesthetists, nurses and physiotherapists. Families travel from nineteen districts; nobody is turned away for inability to pay.
Free cleft lip & palate camps
Quarterly two-day camps with a volunteer theatre team. Speech therapy and orthodontic review continue free for two years after repair.

Burn survivor rehabilitation
Pressure garments, scar release surgery and a monthly survivors' group — the long, unglamorous half of burn care that most programmes drop.
